Vic... pare ng bayan and all-around good guy.  His charm, eloquence and intellect has attracted ladies everywhere.  Unfortunately for the ladies, there are no more vacancies.  He's already taken by the one called Khatz.

Vic knows when to P-A-R-T-Y and when to get serious.  He can whip up a mean Videoke session for hours without straining a vocal chord.  He doesn't even need an audience -- his significant other will do.
