Well, this page is
temporary. I just hate seeing broken links on my site... so for
now, I'll just give you a brief background of me.
 Whoah-kaaaay..... to my friends and in
almost all my cyber identities, I am Ricky the Kid. My real name
is Ricky Sarile. Why "the Kid"? Simple. I'm
childlike, I enjoy watching cartoons and playing video games.
Also, I lack the perception to detect common human deception; thus, making
me quite gullible *sigh*. I was born on October 6, 1976 in Makati,
Philippines.
With a petite stature and a plump build...
one might picture me as the human form of the Autobot named "Bumble
Bee" in the Transformers. Of course no one has ever mentioned that
in front of me yet. But someone DID call me "Pikachu" once. ^_^ (pika-pikaaa)
I am currently working
in i-Bank as a Web Specialist/Developer. But now that iBank has
been bought by UnionBank, things are probably gonna change soon.
I'll keep you posted. Moving on... during my spare time, I draw
and play video games. I'm currently addicted to two MMORPGs:
Ragnarok and ROSE. I even made my own fan page for Philippine
R.O.S.E. Online. You may
click here to view it. Most of my drawings are
that of vivacious ladies, Disney characters (specifically characters
from "The Little Mermaid") and characters from my own personal comics.
Some of these drawings you have already noticed... on the front page, on
my friends page and on the fun page. I've posted a couple of my
old highschool sketches on my Art Gallery as well.
 Ok...
let's discuss my character. By nature... I'm shy (for those of you
who know me, I bet you'd say, "Yeah right!"). In truth,
I really am shy! A lot of people think of me as a
snob. That I am not! I just don't speak unless I'm spoken
too. That's just the way it is. I'm an honest person too
(probably because I was never good at lying). I'm frank by nature... sometimes a little too frank for my own good --
the problem with being too honest is that I could probably end up
hurting someone else's feelings with my sincere remarks (the truth
hurts, doesn't it?). Oh don't worry... there are times that I can
lie (yeah, with GUILT
written all over my face).
 The
Good: I'm friendly, funny, witty, thoughtful, caring,
considerate, impartial, imaginative and meticulous. Some say I give good advice. I give due respect to everyone.
The
Bad: I'm sometimes selfish, sometimes mean, sometimes
snobbish, temperamental, stubborn, sometimes reckless, talkative, clumsy
and naive. I hate losing. Sometimes I'm a sore loser.
I sometimes make a big deal out of something petty. The
Ugly: I'm ugly. Well, that's all there is to say for
now. I update this page from time to time... like when I've landed
in a new job, or if something really really significant has changed in
my life. Meanwhile, feel
