The school Magic Club boasts a record-high five members; among them is Sae Sawanoguchi, apprentice magician. She joined with the lofty goal of one day driving away the alien race that have been living in an uneasy coexistence with the populace. She believes in the powers given to her by Jeff-kun, her small stuffed teddy bear, and in the other members of the club.

The club, though, is far from ready. Takeo Takakura, the club president, keeps having improper thoughts about the female members in his club; while Ayano Aburatsubo, the vice-president, has his own equally improper thoughts about the club president. The newest member, freshman Akane Aikawa, uses her powers to drive off her numerous suitors. It's no wonder that Sae's best friend since childhood, Nanaka Nakatomi, wants to quit the club before all the craziness affects them both.
